Tommy Molina was born and raised in San Diego, Duval County, Texas. He has been in the Farm and Ranch Real Estate business since 1978. He has also managed a family ranch business and owned and operated a Farm and Ranch supply business.

Tommy has a Business/Commerce degree from Rice University, where he graduated from in 1968, and played basketball 4 years, attending on a athletic scholarship.
